About Vermillion Cliffs

Vermillion Cliffs is a gorgeous sub-division found inside McDowell Mountain Ranch.  It was developed by Camelot Homes and contains 73 stunning homesites.

In 1997 pricing began at $264,900 plan and went as high as $346,900 for the two story #934 plan.  Presently prices range from the $700,000’s to over $1,000,000.  Homes with the best views and largest lots have the highest values.

Vermillion Cliffs offered 8 different models, 4 single story and 4 multi-level. These plans ranged in size from 2,308 square feet to 3,971 square feet. Each model was offered in three different exterior “elevations” and also had a number of customizable exterior options.  These exterior options give the community a unique and varied look.

This lovely community is located at the foothills of the Mountain Preserve. It is found West of Trovas and south of Armonico. This ideal location offers premium views of the surrounding areas.  The community recreation center, only a couple blocks away from Vermillion Cliffs, contains a heated pool, spa, tennis courts, a volleyball court, and a basketball court.
