The Preserve is a luxurious sub-division found inside McDowell Mountain Ranch. It was built by Shea Homes and contains 231 homes.
In 1997 pricing began at $141,150 for the Sontera model. Currently prices range from the $400,000’s to the $600,000’s. Homes with the best views and largest lots have the highest values.
