Sienna Canyon is a gorgeous sub-division inside McDowell Mountain Ranch. It was developed by Coventry Homes and consists of 189 homes. It was developed between 1998 and 2000.

In November of 1998, the pricing for Sienna Canyon began at $274,900 for the Borgata model and went up to $341,900 for the Talavera model. Presently prices range the $700,000’s to over $1,000,000. Homes with the best views and largest lots have the highest values.

The homes features 6 different models, 3 single-level and 3 multi-level. These floor plans range from 2548 square feet to 3808 square feet. Eight different floor plan variations make up the options. Each model includes three different exterior “elevations” and also feature a number of customizable exterior options. These exterior options give the community a unique and varied look. A 3 car garage is standard in all of the floor plans. Of the 189 homesites in this beautiful community, 130 of the homes have private pools.

Sienna Canyon is at the end of 105th Street. It is located between the communities of Mirador and Sonoran Estates. Many of the homesites are adjacent to open space. This gives many of this home breath-taking mountain views.
