About Panorama Point:

Panorama Point is a gorgeous sub-division found inside McDowell Mountain Ranch.  It was developed by the Woodside Homes.  Woodside Homes was named one of the top 50 builders in the entire country.

In April of 1998, the pricing began at $160,990 for the Mesquite model. Currently prices range from the high $600,000’s to mid $700,000’s.  Homes with the best views and largest lots have the highest values.

There are 5 different models, 3 single-level and 2 multi-level.  These floor plans range in size from 1542 square feet to 2711 square feet. Each model has three different exterior “elevations” and also had a number of customizable exterior options.  As a result, these exterior options give the community a unique and varied look.

Panorama Point is located north of McDowell Mountain Ranch Road and east of Thompson Peak Parkway.  This beautiful community offers easy access to Paradise Lane Community Center recreational complex, including a community pool, spa, and tennis courts.  Panorama Point also offers easy walking trails which eliminates the need to cross roads.
