Montecito at McDowell Mountain Ranch was developed by Greystone Homes and consists of 83 single family homes.

In January of 1999, pricing for Montecito began at $221,990 for the 2217 square foot San Miguel model. Currently prices range from the mid $600,000’s into the low $800,000’s. Homes with the best views and largest lots have the highest values.

Montecito features 4 different floor plans, 2 single level plans and 2 multi-story plans. These floor plans range in size from 2,217 square feet to 3,642 square feet. Three of the floor plans offer split layouts. This allowed for the master bedroom and secondary bedrooms to be in separate portions of the house. All of the floor plans came standard with a 3 car garage and allowed the option of a 4 car garage. Each model also features three different exterior “elevations” with a number of customizable exterior and interior options. These exterior options give the community a unique and varied look.

Montecito is located in the northwest corner of McDowell Mountain Ranch. It is located close to the McDowell Mountain Marketplace.
