If you’re looking for a great sub-division in McDowell Mountain Ranch, Eagle Ridge is an optimal choice. It was developed by UDC homes, which is now Shea Homes, and consists of 227 homesites.

In February of 1997, the price for the 1998 square foot #3335 model was $184,990. Currently prices range from the $600,000’s on up to the $800,000’s. Homes with the best views and largest lots have the highest values.

Eagle Ridge offers eight different models, 3 single-level and 5 multi-level. These floor plans range in size between 1,999 square feet to 3,460 square feet. Each model was offered in three different exterior “elevations” and also had a number of customizable exterior options. These exterior options give the community a unique and varied look. Out of the 227 homes, 91 have private pools.

This beautiful community is located east of Thompson Peak Parkway and north of Paradise Lane. The community offers scenic walking and jogging trails. Many of the homesites have breath-taking views of the rugged Sonoran desert and the adjacent McDowell Mountain Range.
