About Cimarron Ridge
Cimarron Ridge is a great community within McDowell Mountain Ranch. It was developed by Geoffrey H. Edmunds, a Toll Brothers Inc. company. Cimarron Ridge is comprised of 3 separate and distinct communities; The Villas, The Enclave and The Vistas. These 3 separate communities contain a total of 210 single-level homes. Cimarron Ridge is located just east of its sister community Cimarron Hills. Cimarron Hills was also built by Geoffrey H. Edmunds and offered the same floor plans. It is situated just south of the mountain preserve and west of a community called Sunrise Point, built by Engle Homes. Cimarron Ridge offers a private community center, which was built in 2002. Amenities in the community center include tennis courts, a negative edge pool, a spa and fitness facilities.
The Villas

When the Villas at Cimarron Ridge first opened in September of 2000, prices began at $340,975 for the 2356 square foot Valencia model and went as high as $370,975 for the Sevilla model. Currently prices range from the $700,000’s to over $800,000. Homes with the best views and largest lots have the highest values. The Villas consist of 67 home sites. Initially five different floor plans were offered to choose from. A sixth floor plan, the Cantabria, was added at a later date. These floor plans range from 2310 sq. feet to 2651 sq. feet. All six floor plans come standard with a 2 car garage. Each model was offered in three different exterior “elevations” and also had a number of customizable exterior and interior options. These exterior options give the community a unique and varied look.
The Enclave

Currently prices range from $900,000 on up to over $1,000,000. Homes with the best views and largest lots have the highest values. The Enclave consists of 78 home sites. It offered five different single-story models. These floor plans ranged from 2,659 sq. feet to 3,393 sq. feet. Each home came standard with a 3 car garage except the Fronterra which came with a 2 car garage. Each model was offered in two different exterior “elevations” and also had a number of customizable exterior and interior options. These exterior options give the community a unique and varied look.

In April of 2000, prices started for the Vistas at Cimarron Ridge at $421,975 and went as high as $462,975. Currently home values start over $1,000,000. Homes with the best views and largest lots have the highest values. The Vistas offered 65 home sites, all of which were located on the same street. There were six different models to choose from ranging in size from 3,035 square feet for the Palma to 3,744 square feet for the Montilla. Each model was offered in three different exterior “elevations” and also had a number of customizable exterior options. These exterior options give the community a unique and varied look.
All of the floor plans offered a 3 car garage besides the Moreno, which had a 2 car garage, and the Andorra, which had 4.
