Castle Chase is a fantastic gated-community found inside McDowell Mountain Ranch. It was developed by Centex Corporation and consists of 172 homes.
In October of 1997, the pricing for Castle Chase began at $172,900 for the 1338 square foot Carlisle model. Currently, homesite prices range from $450,000 to over $600,000. Homes with the best views and largest lots have the highest values.
Castle Chase offers 5 single-story floor plans. The floor plans ranged from 1,338 sq. feet to 1,941 sq. feet. These models included a total of 11 different variations. Each model was offered in three different exterior “elevations” and also had a number of customizable exterior options. These exterior options give the community a unique and varied look.
