About Arizona Vintage

Arizona Vintage is a luxurious sub-division found inside McDowell Mountain Ranch. Arizona Vintage was developed by Kaufman & Broad (KB Homes) and consists of just 92 homes.

In August of 1997 the pricing for Arizona Vintage began at $138,490 for the 1350 square foot Merlot model. At present, prices range from the low $400,000’s on up to over $500,000. Homes with the best views and largest lots have the highest values.

Arizona Vintage offers 5 different models, 3 single- level and 2 multi-level. These floor plans range from 1350 square feet to 2316 square feet. Each model was offered in three different exterior “elevations” and also had a number of customizable exterior options. These exterior options give the community a unique and varied look. The community itself offers a number of cul-de-sacs making it an ideal spot for families.

Arizona Vintage is situated east of Thompson Peak Parkway, south of Paradise Lane and north of McDowell Mountain Ranch Rd. It is located near the Desert Canyon Schools and the Arabian Library.
