McDowell Mountain Ranch Resident Amenities
MMR Amenities lists a number of local attractions and benefits that residents can enjoy. McDowell Mountain Ranch is loaded with amenities and activities. The community’s design truly focuses on active residents. As a result, the residents of McDowell Mountain Ranch enjoy outdoor activities and indoor activities with many different clubs and sports available.
The Ranch offers 3 different community/activity centers to all residents of MMR.
The McDowell Center, located at the corner of McDowell Mountain Ranch Rd & Paradise Lane serves as the administrative offices for McDowell Mountain Ranch. With its breathtaking views of the McDowell Mountains, it also offers spacious facilities that residents may rent for special occasions. These may include wedding parties, rehearsal dinners, receptions, baby showers, birthday or anniversary parties, business meetings or just about any special function.
The community center is just west of the McDowell Center on Paradise Lane. The community center offers a 23 meter heated swimming pool, a play pool for tots, and a heated spa. Additionally, there are two tennis courts, basketball court, sand volleyball court, ramadas, play equipment, splash pad and a large grassy play area. The community center also is often the site of many concerts and special events!
The recreation center is at the corner of McDowell Mountain Ranch Rd & 105th St. This location offers parks with picnic tables and shade covers, playground equipment, tennis courts, basketball court, heated pool and spa.
Special Key Needed
As a reminder, residents need a special key to access the tennis courts and swimming pool areas. Contact the HOA offices for keys.
The recreation center also hosts many regular activities on an ongoing basis. Check out the calendar for dates and times. Other activities include hiking, mountain biking, parks, tennis, basketball, volleyball, and golf.
The City of Scottsdale offers many activities and facilities that are within walking distance to McDowell Mountain Ranch. These facilities include Westworld, Arabian Library, Horizon Park, Sanctuary Golf Course, Sonoran Preserve, and McDowell Mountain Ranch Aquatic Center.
