The Centennial Marketplace was developed in 2007 by Byxbee Development Partners and a partnership with Heyl Corp.
Anchoring the nearly 8-acre site is a Chase Bank branch, Horizon Animal Hospital and Zipps Sports Grill. Other businesses include a 24-hour fitness, Sunset Dry Cleaners, Coffee Plantation Subway Sandwich, and other specialty shops.
Centennial Marketplace has an entrance on Frank Lloyd Wright Boulevard and three driveways along 100th Street. Left turns out of the center onto 100th Street will be allowed only at the middle driveway that aligns with Sheena Drive.
