Design Review Committee- This committee represented by a standing committee that meets twice a month on the second and fourth Thursday. The meetings consist of reviewing architectural and visible changes to make sure they fall under the HOA rules and regulations.

Community Relations- This committee is responsible planning and staging social events in the community. This includes social events and managing the social media for McDowell Mountain Ranch. Standing Committees- These include Community Improvement, Community Relations, Collections, Design Review, and Finance.  

Community Rooms for Rent:
The McDowell Center and Community Center are available to MMR residents to rent for private events, parties and functions.  Both of these facilities boast beautiful desert mountain views.  Contact Debbie at 585-7600 for availability and pricing.
