An Introduction of Desert Cliffs:Desert Cliffs was developed by UDC Homes and consists of 177 homes. In 1997 pricing began at $249,990 for the #6040 plan and went as high as $297,990 for the #6090 plan. At present, prices range from the high $600,000's to over $1,000,000.
The price range is due to the size of the homes and the city and/or mountain views. Higher values are going to the larger homes with spectacular views. Many of the homes are separated from other subdivisions by a large natural open area space (NOAS), thus giving you privacy and views.
